What a fantastic day we had at York RB&SC for our Junior Get Together Bowling Event

We were blessed with a beautiful hot and sunny day, perfect for getting out on the green. The session kicked off with a warm-up, followed by a fun and engaging target mat activity to get everyone into the swing of things.

Our juniors then worked hard practicing a range of key bowling skills, including:

• Jack movement

• Drawing shots

• Weight control

• Driving shots

Short break for lunch and then the juniors received a training session on measuring, expertly led by David & Lesley Dearlove—such a valuable skill for our young players to learn.
