Volunteer with Us

Bowls Yorkshire is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help shape the future of bowls across the county. We currently have two voluntary positions vacant.

 

• Support Officer — Champion participation in bowls across Yorkshire — from developing coaching systems and safeguarding to building partnerships with key bodies and promoting new initiatives.

 

• Development Officer — Help clubs grow and thrive — identifying challenges, promoting good greenkeeping practice, and seeking sponsorship and funding opportunities to support clubs across the county.

 

We welcome anyone with enthusiasm for the sport and a willingness to contribute their time and skills, no prior board experience is necessary.   Full role descriptions are available to download below.
