Purpose: To seek views on the new Bowls Yorkshire website including ideas for future development
Note: We use Google Forms as this provides a free way for us to do our consultations. If you are signed into a Google account on your device, you may see your email address at the top of the form. Our consultations do not collect or store your email address - we may occasionally ask if you would be willing to provide an email address so that we can contact you for further feedback but this would be a specific question on the consultation form and would not be provided by Google.
