Club Return Form 2026 - September Review
Thank you for submitting your return earlier this year. It is a Bowls England requirement that affiliated Clubs submit a review of membership numbers as at 1st Sept.
The update for 2026 must be submitted to Bowls Yorkshire by 15th September 2026.
Please submit your return using the online form below - this is preferred as it reduced administrative time for our volunteers. A copy of the response you submit will be sent to the secretary email address you enter on the form.
If you are not able to use the online form please complete the MS Word Form below and email to treasurer.yba@outlook.com or print and post to Gayle Hartley at the address shown on the form.
You do not need to send any money with your form. The Bowls Yorkshire Treasurer will issue an invoice in September based on the information you provide. The Bowls Yorkshire and Bowls England combined affiliation fees for the current season will be charged at £10.35 per bowler (BY £3 + BE £7.35 = £10.35).

Please note that this online Club Return Form must be completed in one sitting as it cannot be saved part‑way through. Before starting, please make sure you have your club’s details, membership numbers for each category (no. of men and women who are over 25, U25, U18 or para), and any safeguarding information (including name and contact details for your Safeguarding Officer, date they last completed training and DBS number if applicable). Having this information ready will ensure you can complete the form smoothly.
