Eight-Year-Old Lillie Makes Impressive Debut at Thornton Le Dale Triples

Well done to Lillie who made her bowls debut in the Thornton Le Dale Triples at the weekend. Proud mum shared the news afterwards, saying:

"Our 8-year-old daughter Lillie making her debut at the Thornton Le Dale triples today! Super proud of her!"

And it's easy to see why. Despite it being her very first competitive outing, Lillie showed remarkable confidence and composure on the green, bowling with a fabulous technique.

Bowls is a sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, and seeing young players like Lillie taking their first steps into the game is hugely encouraging for the future of our sport.
