Club Return Form 2026
Affiliated Clubs are required to submit a full return every year to confirm membership numbers as at 1st May and also to submit an update later in the year to confirm membership numbers as at 1st Sept as part of the September affiliation review. We will update this page when the September affiliation review needs to be submitted.
The full return for 2026 must be submitted by 8th May 2026.

Complete the online form below - a copy of the response you submit will be sent to the email address you enter on the form.
You do not need to send any money with your form. The Bowls Yorkshire Treasurer will issue an invoice in May based on the information you provide. The Bowls Yorkshire and Bowls England combined affiliation fees for the current season will be charged at £10.35 per bowler (BY £3 + BE £7.35 = £10.35).

Online Form
Please note that this online Club Return Form must be completed in one sitting as it cannot be saved part‑way through. Before starting, please make sure you have your club’s details, membership numbers for each category (no. of men and women who are over 25, U25, U18 or para), access to your constitution and any safeguarding information (including name and contact details for your Safeguarding Officer, date they last completed training and DBS number if applicable). Having this information ready will ensure you can complete the form smoothly. The form has 4 sections and, if you have all your information to hand, should only take a few minutes to complete. Please note that the message below “Saving disabled” simply means the form won’t save part‑completed answers. Your result will be saved once you press Submit.
